Called this morning to find out why my mysolaredge app hasn't updated the date or status in 8 months. Phone tree took me to an international rep who "needed to" (according to his condition of employment) offer me some kind of all encompassing id theft, commemorative Elvis plate and possibly dog walking service. When he asked for a credit card number or debit card, I asked him why. He said it was for the all the great things that he had for me to buy. Total waste of time, hires unqualified subs to do solar work, ghosted us and never finished the work Had to pay a real professional to get my system back up and working. Avoid Carlos at all costs

They came to my door a few weeks ago and we scheduled an appointment date later that day to go over certain items I'd be paying for. They ended up never showing up and ignoring all of my text messages. You may be wasting your time by going these people, as they may suddenly bail on you and ignore you completely. I wouldn't be surprised if they take disappear with your money in the middle of a project, given the way they behave *before* they take your money.
