I had Sunergy install an off grid system. Energy Safe Victoria audited my system and found 25 items that were not in compliance with the required standards. I have found that customer support is no existent and I would never use them again. Edit: I have not made a mistake about who installed my system. A43092. Just so Sunergy can identify the ESV report the first line item is “Cables entering the ground from PV array - Inadequate protection provided”.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Tony from SUNERGY. I was having major issues with my Selectronic system after swapping out Gel for Lithium which I had purchased myself. I spoke to many companies who could not work out the issue and subsequently gave up. But Tony to his credit worked on it and got the problem solved. We have utilised Sunergy for a number of projects over the years and the reasoning for this was recently justified. It was necessary to complete a firmware update of our ev charger, unfortunately this didn't go to plan for unknown reasons and the charger no longer operated as it previously had.
