An absolute scam - they placed panels illegally on a property I was renting without consent of the owner. To this day I don’t know how they managed to get/scam the state for permits. The home was destroyed in the hurricane, forcing me out, and they refuse to acknowledge the reality of the situation. The home owner isn’t even angry with me - they are equally as disappointed as I am by the lack of integrity of this company.
Just wanted to let you that Bailey was excellent. He got everything done, passed inspection and was very aware of the time I was without power. He obvoiusly knows what he is doing and did it well. But on top of that, he let me know exactly what was going on and when he would here, when he had to leave to get parts and when he would return. His communicating was very important to me and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you Bailey.
Scam. Shady. Unprofessional. Unorganized. The worst decision of my life so far. I could write a novel about how horrible it has been dealing with company. Our roof has been leaking for months because of the panels. Even their own repair men said our roof shouldn’t have been approved for panels. It’s been a literal nightmare dealing with these people.
