Seems to be prevalent with the install then apply for lending. They blitzed in Missouri, didn’t secure financing before installation and left a customer with a dead system on his roof for a year. Now the customer is incredibly frustrated trying to sell a house with a non PTO’d system. Also read the contract and they specifically say that home owner has to insure the system themselves. Definitely a hazy company to work with
Synergy is the worst company to install your solar they start by giving you the worst lecture That you will be giving money back by following your taxes with the government, that’s the first lie they installed the Solar sent a bunch of teenager kids who have no experience to install a solar in the wrong position on top of your roof. You’re not getting any sun to the Solar. The solar is not producing no energy for your home. Don’t get Solar from synergy then nothing but scammer.
Absolutely terrible experience. For the year and a half we’ve had the solar, it’s only been producing for half of that time. After the 3 months of buildup to finally see a cost decrease in the power bill, the system stopped working. The company’s incompetence led to half a dozen visits, each time somehow missing the required parts to fix it. If I could give a negative 1000 stars, I would. I am paying more for my electricity bill than before solar. I'm so disappointed, and feel like I've been taken advantage of.
The guy I spoke with said they do not provide services. I wanted help to fix and or repair my inverter. Not reccomend with poor phone service
