I have sent them a certified letter requesting copies of the documents signed by my deceased mother, per legal advise, they will not sign for the letter so I see a huge litigation coming. They are required by law to give this to me as I have supplied the death certificate and deed. I guess I will drive their next week and hand deliver it myself.
Absolutely terrible company. Their sales people are liars and will say anything to get you to buy. You’ll pay way more than they’re worth and you’ll still have to pay the electric company. I’ve never gotten a response back once I signed papers. Biggest regret of my years of homeownership.
I have 40 panels. They are only making about 400kw. They are not shaded. Ive cleaned them of dust. Former owner purchased them. Warranty was conveyed with deed. I have tried to set up a diagnostic appointment but told they dont cover them
