The billing is off not sure how it’s done. Doc is good but billing is just so bad that it feels fishy . Extremely condescending billing staff. No respect for others. My annual visit , like other reviews, was also charged and nobody was transparent about charges. Definitely this has caused a lot of problems for me. My wife was not transparently conveyed about the billing. And upon calling the billing department they were trying to show how it’s the patient’s unawareness , but the patient would never know till the office communicates. The billing department needs proper training of communicating to the patient and not springing up surprises at them . We both had doc as pcp and she is a good doc but due to the lack of professionalism on the billing part we will have to switch our pcp

Same terrible experience from the billing department, annual check was charged even though I went through the exact same check in 2023 and was not charged. Not coming back unfortunately
