These guys have frustrated me greatly with their billing practices. I got a notification I owe $60 with a link but the link has no way to pay. I call and pay through the office; the weirdest thing the receptionist said is, 'I can only help you if you know what you owe'...okay, the bill says I owe $60. I give my cc number and less than a week later they send me another bill for $60 and even though I paid already, I want to clear this up, get square with them. The billing is off not sure how it’s done. Doc is good but billing is just so bad that it feels fishy . Extremely condescending billing staff. No respect for others. My annual visit , like other reviews, was also charged and nobody was transparent about charges. Definitely this has caused a lot of problems for me. And the billing department is completely absolutely bad. Other doctors have portals where they communicate about test results - good or bad. My wife was not transparently conveyed about the billing. And upon calling the billing department they were trying to show how it’s the patient’s unawareness , but the patient would never know till the office communicates. The billing department needs proper training of communicating to the patient and not springing up surprises at them . We both had doc as pcp and she is a good doc but due to the lack of professionalism on the billing part we will have to switch our pcp

Same terrible experience from the billing department, annual check was charged even though I went through the exact same check in 2023 and was not charged. Not coming back unfortunately
