Doctor took 5 minutes asked to do some testing for my wife. Was later sent $300 bill. When I called was told some tests were done while there were no test done on the date of service. Called billing department and they asked me to contact provider (I am not sure what is the use of billing department if they are not willing to help at all). Called the provider office, was told manager will call me but no one called. Would not suggest this provider or caring for women as they dont care much about patients.
Dr. Flora is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease from the minute she walked into the room. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to learn her new patients history and answer any questions you may have. I left feeling pretty good and look forward to my next yearly visit!
Cannot recommend Dr. Flora enough! She has been nothing but attentive throughout my entire pregnancy. She always takes the time to talk through and validate my concerns, and my appointments never feel rushed. She is the BEST!
Dr. Flora really cares. She explained all of my opinions and answered all my questions. I wasn't just rushed out.
