Terrible experience. He gave a low appraisal on our home. Several other appraisers/realtors looked over the documents and saw many mistakes, and using very poor comps. We did a Revaluation Form pointing out the mistakes and listed better comps. He changed nothing and left it. Now we are stuck with this appraisal for 120 days..and not able to do our refinance cash out until then. DO NOT USE HIM!
