Kelsey was amazing! I was hoping for a massage that was restorative, yet still touched therapeutically on some of my stubborn tension spots. I felt like this massage was the perfect balance of relaxation & release, along with targeted releases of tight areas. I felt great walking out & very restored. Highly recommend.
2mon ago I met every Avrielle Simoneau’s. I can’t imagine what would have happened to me if I hadn’t. I have severe back neck, jaw, injuries combining shockwave therapy with the massage is a game changer. Her massage therapist are trained by her who also work there, I always hear people say how great their visit was as I leave. She is worth every cent treat yourself ! You will not regret it !☀

Avrielle has the most magical touch!! I recently faced some tension in my lower back and upper glutes, and she expertly used the "Shockwave" tool to work wonders on my muscles. I’m thrilled to say I'm completely pain-free now! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. I can't wait to return for any bodywork I need in the future!
Erin was the best masseuse I have ever had. She asked me so many questions beforehand to make sure our session would be productive. She clearly has extreme knowledge about the inner body connections. During the session, she communicated effectively. Post session was just as informative.
