4 yrs ago, to get what was promised on our sales contract, they coercised me to write a great review, which I did. Then they closed business and I didn't receive my free vent cleaning. NOW, they have resurfaced and in business again at a new address. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. BE WARNED.
We made our appointment to hear all about Sundrop Solar at a home and garden show. Our salesman was Bo and he was great. He was personable, knowledgeable and truly believes in solar energy. I loved the fact that he didn't talk bad about the other solar companies to sell his product. His integrity stayed with me and mostly why my boyfriend and I went with Sundrop. Our installation did take a little longer than expected, 8 months, but Plana and Gabirel kept in contact with us and kept us informed toward the installation process. Every phone call was returned in a timely manner. Overall, I am very happy with Sundrop and would recommend them to friends and family. I cannot complain about a $30 electric bills in the middle of summer in Arizona and I keep the house cool at 75 degrees all day.
