I recently called about selling my caravan. Ben was so helpfulful & informative. He organised collection of the caravan for me, which took place very promptly. I've since met with Ben, Gabby & Michael. A very professional & friendly team & I found them extremely trustworthy.
I’m glad that many people seem to have had a good experience with Sundowner. Unfortunately I have not. Anyone who reads this post will note that Ben will provide a detailed response when Sundowner are criticised and I’m sure that I’ll get one as well. I thought Jayco was bad but this lot take the cake. Once I’ve gone through the The VCAT process I will provide a further update.
We had a service done here and were very happy with the outcome.
I thoroughly recommend Sundowner RV. Ben and his staff could not be more courteous and helpful. The care they showed us during a difficult time was fantastic.
Big shout out to Sandra and the team at Sundowner for the supply and delivery of a few items for our feathertop van we purchased second hand in Brissy. Service and goods provided was beyond our expectations and much appreciated. Thanks Sandra your a legend. Brett and Carole Martin.
