Excellent staff, very welcoming. They even accommodated us when we were travelling with two small dogs - extra fee but that is completely understandable. We will definitely be staying here again and again.

The pictures are nothing like what the rooms truly are. The bathroom faucet leaked and since the tub is stained it has been like that for awhile. We told the front desk and nothing happened. My kids like to have baths and when you fill the tub the water is yellow and stinks like bleach. The pool is broken and the fitness room is straight out of the 80's complete with ab rocker. Being right along Hwy 16 and in town centre, all services are very close by. It's definitely a great place to stay between Jasper-Hinton-Edmonton. They even allowed a pet at an additional fee. The friendly staff makes the stay a very pleasant experience.

We asked to book a block of rooms for our wedding more than 4 months in advance, and was told to call back a month before. I just did that today, more than 5 weeks before our wedding and I was told they booked the rooms to their corporate customers! I am very annoyed by their customer service, and I'm now left with a big problem of where to put all my guests for the prices I told them I was quoted. Never got a chance to hear how the rooms were, but the location is still good irregardless.
