Sundowner Apartments /Condo's could be a great place if some changes were made. Where do I start? We moved in January of 2023. We weren't really excited by anymeans, but we needed something right away & Sundowner could place us ASAP, 1 to 2 days. Our apartment was filthy, and we paid a deposit of $2100. Great apartments
We have complained about the mold in the vents many times. Management will not do anything about it. We constantly get bad coughs lasting for weeks due to the air conditioning system harboring mold and allergens. These people do not care about the safety of those residing here, only their money. Rent is 1550 for a two bedroom where there are roaches, rats and gnats. Our electricity in our outlets go out every now and then.
