Sundowner Apartments /Condo's could be a great place if some changes were made. Where do I start? We moved in January of 2023. We weren't really excited by anymeans, but we needed something right away & Sundowner could place us ASAP, 1 to 2 days. Our apartment was filthy, and we paid a deposit of $2100.
