Moved in a couple months ago and I’m honestly so glad we chose Sundowner Apartments. From day one, the team have been super accommodating, easy move-in process. The pool is great and the laundry room and common areas are a big plus for my family, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You can tell management really cares. It’s close to everything i need, groceries and schools are close by. It’s been so comfortable living here. Would definitely recommend it. Utilities included is a plus!

Yo intente rentar en 2 ocasiones y fui rechasada porque se que nunca le cai bien ala manejadora ella es muy mala persona no tiene corazon para tratar alas personas los dueños no saben el trato que nos Dan, a ella solo le intereza el dinero que se queda por las aplicaciones, hay muchas personas ahi que no se quejan por miedo pido a Dios que los duen̈os logren hacer algo y la puedan despedir y si no tendremos que echarle ala ciudad, ojala mi queja sea importante
