I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing service I received at Sundown Marine. I brought my boat in with several issues, and the team jumped right in to diagnose everything. They kept me updated with calls throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Don’t ever to choose to drop off a U-haul truck at this location. They are never in the office to sort out details and then they will overcharge you after trying to call they will only email you. Very poor business operations and do not care about their U-haul customers. Sad and never again.
Been taking my boat there for years to get winterized never an issue with the work. And also had major repair done to outboard motor. Only qualm is they don't put your button up boat cover back on anymore. So boat sits in the elements and upholstery takes damage.
