I would like to say I am very happy with Sundown, I've lived here for a couple years. Apryl the manager is the best. Opposite of other managers for sure. Any problems whatsoever, she gets right on it. She solves it immediately. She's very friendly, and kind-hearted. She makes my life living here a little bit better. Ann, Roberto and Apryl are an amazing team! Working with them is a breeze and they genuinely care about their residents. The improvements in the park are awesome and will be beneficial for everyone.
My son is going to start school in Oroville and while looking for places for him to stay came across Sundown Estates. I came into contact with Apryl and she has been amazing from the start!! She has been helpful, professional, responded quickly to my questions and has exceeded in going above and beyond with this experience for me. I'm very thankful.
