The community is so clean and nice now that Apryl and luis are working there.I love living at sundown and feel safe here. Highly recommend,! Tori and Celia
I don’t give many reviews, but every once in a while a company goes above and beyond. I called down there looking to move to California. Roberto called me back in short time, was very responsive and respectful to me. Answered all my questions including the ones I didn’t even think to ask, just making sure I had all of the information I needed. I felt pretty good after that call as I had all the information I needed.thank you guys
5 stars across the board for the team at Sundown Estates. Roberto, Apryl and Anne bring nothing but smiles and professionalism when it comes to purchasing a home within this park. They made our home purchase quick, simple and truly enjoyable for the entirety of the process. Truly recommend looking within this park. The new management has done wonders for it, and are improving features & adding amenities on a constant basis. The environment is safe, quiet, kind and suitable for all ages, couples, families and singles.

Whoever built this park didn't know the numbers are supposed to go in the same order as they do when you count them out I was looking for space 50 I got all the way to 47 it was the end of the park for some reason number 50 space is at the start of the park
