We had Ryan and his crew install an irrigation system on our one acre lot in September of 2023. They did an excellent job. Ryan worked with us to design a 7 zone system that works beautifully and covers the lot thoroughly. His crew is hard working, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Sundown Irrigation did an excellent job installing sprinklers in our yard and landscaping. This is the first full year we have had the sprinkler system and our lawn looks fantastic. This summer was extremely dry, the yard and landscaping were saved by the sprinkler system. Anytime we had issues, like winter rodent damage or a sprinkler head that needed replacing, they came out and fixed it right away. If I could put zero stars I would. This company installed a sprinkler system in my yard last summer. Several of the lines were so close to the surface of the grass you could see the lines. Many heads were under the grass too far we had to dig them out and the outside unit to run the sprinklers is made for inside. Don’t use this company!

Sundown winterized my system last year and failed to re-open the valve going to my irrigation pump. Water ponded and froze which broke the valve. In May when I started my system I noticed the problem right away. Sundown was zero help. Ryan, the owner, just pointed out the problem which I already understood. He said that he'd "put me on the schedule" to fix it. Over a month later and no word from Sundown. I'd constantly reach out and get no answers or support.
