i called first he wasn't sure if he had time they was very busy the week before 4th of July. told me a time to be there tomorrow and i showed up. he walked right over and fixed my door lock cylinder that fell in the door, very quick, polite, bald gentleman(I'm sorry i forget to get peoples names) answered any questions i had. definitely will go back as i had other little things i need done only cost me 40 bucks for the lock too :)
