My mom had been using this pool service at the house my siblings and I all grew up in and therefore use the pool regularly. The service was fine for a while but then they seemingly stopped and the pool looked green and filthy. When my mom reached out to find out what was up, Alan copped an attitude. She shouldn't have even had to reach out in the first place but the fact that Alan took no responsibility to fix the problem and had a bad attitude to boot makes it even worse. Alan from Baja pool Service is very knowledgeable about modern pool finishes, such as quartz and pebble tech. He is the only pool service representative who told me that a standard pool vacuum would leave wheel-tracks in my quartz finish, and he was right!! Fortunately, I called him, and he came out same-day to brush-vac the tracks that another pool service company had left throughout the entire pool. Now, everything is sparkling blue! We have had service with Baja pools but over the course of three years the service has dwindled. Moreover, the workers have become very rude even when asked about certain services and billing. I would kinda recommend them but please keep the company on their toes, as this could help improve their service.
