Overall it’s very good experience. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful. They have a complementary ski and boots valet/storage that the guys made very efficient and effective. Location is literally just steps to the main lifts and gondolas, and since it’s in the “village” coffee, food, and many other amenities are right outside the doorstep.
Even though there is now free parking at the at the village, sundial uses a parking garage that increased its rate to $35 in September. Sundial apparently doesn’t care And says they don’t have any control over it even though it is stated that the parking garage is only for sundial Lodge. Maybe they have sold off the parking as a profit center with the idea that no one will notice that they’re getting gouged on parking.
