We had a great room with a private hot tub on our patio. Was a great way to unwind at the end of the day with a few drinks checking out the stars. Staff were all very friendly and helpful always leaving with small elevators to create room for guests when needed. Location is right in the middle of the village and very convenient. Only negative was that there was a plumbing issue and caused water disruption for 1 day.

Stuff is amazing, service is always on time. Spotless clean. But there is always a room to improve: Make up removal wipes are helpful to be there but no actual women hygiene products available is somewhat I didn’t expect. Garbage bin at the kitchen would be also very convenient so you don’t have to run around with the food leftovers (which can’t even fit only one tiny garbage can they have in the bathroom). Besides that I’m very happy with my stay. Well deserved 5 stars!

My wife and I recently had a fantastic first trip to Whistler, BC, and our stay at the Sundial Hotel was a big part of that. From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of excellent. As we were a party of seven, we booked two suites, which were a great size.
