Our stay was pleasant overall, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the thoughtful arrangement of the extra bed/mattress. That said, a few issues did impact our experience. On the night of the 12th, the in-room phone was not working. When reported to the front desk, the response was that we were checking out the following morning, and no attempt was made to fix the issue or provide an alternative. We had a great 2-night stay in early September. First, everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and legitimately helpful. Our room was clean and the kitchen was great. Parking is easy and the hotel is amazingly located near the slope and local eats/shopping. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. From how we were greated when we arrived to when we checked out this is a wonderful place to stay in Whistler. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are always smiling and friendly. Especially our valet who was also learning to check people in. I highly recommend staying here. I know we will be back.
