Overall a single star all around, for your sake, don't buy anything with them, this is a warning. I bought 2 houses with sundial and let me make it clear, they where bad. Don't let them fool you by trying to fix small stuff for you to make it seem like they care, they don't ( although, Brad is amazing and I must say, he is the only good one there).
