We have no pool with water-just a dirty bottom. No outdoor chairs or anyone who will deliver to this condo. No answer to phone calls. We have no toilet tissue , no paper towels , no trash bags etc too numerous to list. We call and call. We went to the office and Venora was going to call us back after contacting owner. Never did. We stopped twice and were told each time she would call back but there was never a response This has been the worst vacation after 20 years of perfect vacations .
