Kelsey was a great help for me. Being a first time customer she helped me with my needs, and pointed out what would work for my desired needs. Overall it was a great experience.
Despite talking to the manager Victoria about a problem, she did not help in any way. She informed me that they could not intervene in the system and did not do anything about it, even though they had made the sale to someone else the day before and applied a discount on my membership, victimizing me. Actually, five and six dollars is not a big deal, but it is not nice for a business to act like this for five and six dollars.
