Similar experience to Benjamin. Received a nice looking washer/dryer for a rental property at a good price but the dryer stopped working after the first use. No response to phone calls, voicemails or messages. I like to support small businesses but not when they don’t care about their customers.
We had Frank remove and replace a broken washing machine in a rental.... easy, reasonable and professional! We will use them again!
Always takes are of our laundry machines when we need that last minute repair done yesterday.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They literally ignore your phone calls. Good luck getting even your warranty covered, a service visit, let alone a phone call answered. It feels like we were scammed. (wish I could give 0 stars)
