Old out of date rooms, mold under sink, old furniture, nasty carpet , 13 in tv’s Can’t get clean towels or soap. Holes in wall, saw cutting at 7am and banging A waste of $1500

I went with family and we stayed for three nights. The website says minor construction, but it is literally the whole building under construction. You wake up every morning at 7am to drills and saws. You have to walk under scaffolding to get to the hot tub, and the entrance to the lobby is hidden, and it is like a wind tunnel. Our room was very small, and out door to the balcony was duck taped up, and we could not use it. All the doors in our room would not shut, and the TV did not work. Absolutely horrific conditions. We stayed one night of the four booked only because we arrived too late to go anywhere else. We immediately booked somewhere else for the rest of our trip. If you have allergies or lung issues be aware of Construction, dust, mold, mildew, and extra guests (roaches). Staff did not give any cares nor were they even apologetic, just told me not to say roaches out loud.

I booked a 42-day stay through on February 17 for a trip starting March 8, 2025. My girlfriend and I drove more than 30 hours from Arizona to Florida for what was supposed to be our last big trip before our baby arrives (she’s two months pregnant).
