Wonderful experience from start to finish. Friendly, helpful concierges at check-in, big elevators to accommodate luggage with luggage carts, gorgeous views, clean rooms with lots of amenities, lights, and outlets, clean beaches, and awesome chair and umbrella service provided by La Dolce Vita. There is even a DVD rental machine, a bar and grille, and a little beach and souvenir shop on the ground floor! Attendants clean the pool and surrounding areas daily.
El condominio tiene muy buena ubicación y excelente salida a la playa. PERO. Tiene un pobre mantenimiento y los pasillos de los pisos 2 y 3 al menos, están sin revestimientos, ni alfombras. Dan muy mala Desagradable. Los ascensores, muy viejos. Por otro lado, mi unidad estaba impecable. Muy confortable
This was hands down the most disappointing atmosphere, room, and unfriendly staff across the board! From the front desk, to the service staff, to the maids- it was unbelievable. We booked a room on the 15th floor, and when we got there, we were told that they do not book it out for longer then a week after we booked it for a month. We were relegated to a room on the 2nd floor with no view and smelled like cigarettes. Where do I begin? The condo was cute and pretty updated. But it was smaller then most condos we have stayed at in other places around the emerald coast, and we have stayed at alot. The bedroom was seriously the biggest issue. Firstly, it was soooo tight that I couldn't walk to the other side of the room because my body was literally touching the footboard and the dresser the tv was on when I was squeezing by.
