The pump on my LG Washer quit working. Rather than buy a new washer I wanted to replace the pump. Called Sundberg America and they had the correct LG OE pump in stock. Picked up the pump from the store same day. Washer was up and running later that day. Sundberg seems to be the only brick and mortar appliance parts store in my area now. All of the others have closed their doors and reverted to online purchases. I like to ensure the part is correct when repairing appliances. Significantly overpriced and no returns! At all no returns!!!
Horrible customer service. Argued over having the wrong part. Please avoid at all costs!!
They had the part I needed in stock picked it up within an hour, and my dishwasher is back up and running again thank you guys so much
