I called to order some part, and an older man answered. I don't understand why he was so rude. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional of him. You really ought to learn how to speak to customers first.
I called in looking for a part for an older microwave. The gentleman on the phone informed me that the part wasn't available anymore, but he was incredibly kind and gave me the part number. I was then able to find it online. That is outstanding customer service and I will definitely be using them for any future repair needs.
