Guy on the phone was very rude.
I've had to pop in here many times over the years as a DIY home appliance repair person. Could I find prices a little cheaper online? Sure. But being able to run there quickly to grab parts while my whole machine is already in pieces, that's priceless. I usually go in knowing exactly what I need, but once or twice I've asked their opinion on an issue and they've been happy to give me tips. Between YouTube and Sundberg, I've repaired every appliance in my house at least once! Saved me thousands over the years!
