Terrible customer service!! First off, they sold me a broken part.. It was only 15min later, after getting home, when I opened & realized it was broken. I called, but unfortunately, they don’t do refunds or exchanges. So I went back to buy the same exact part again & the guy charged $15 more for the same thing!!! Then tried arguing when I brought up the price difference.. if I didn’t have a tech waiting at my house to fix the dryer, I wouldn’t have gave them my money again.. I know now for future reference!!

I've had to pop in here many times over the years as a DIY home appliance repair person. Could I find prices a little cheaper online? Sure. But being able to run there quickly to grab parts while my whole machine is already in pieces, that's priceless. I usually go in knowing exactly what I need, but once or twice I've asked their opinion on an issue and they've been happy to give me tips. Between YouTube and Sundberg, I've repaired every appliance in my house at least once! Saved me thousands over the years!
