Wonderful customer service!! Staff know their products! Very helpful with trouble shooting. Wish I'd gone here first!!!
I've been here twice over the years and both times I walked away with no part because they didn't carry it. I mentioned that I would get one off eBay then, and the woman at the counter told me that I need to watch out for parts off eBay, and that Sundberg only carrys OEM parts. That's awesome, minus the fact that they don't carry my part.
Thank you to every employee, especially Lisa. Despite my imperfect English, they are always ready to help me. Most items are available in stock, and even special orders can be provided. Thank you very much!
Brian was very helpful. He did not have the part I needed at the time but was willing to see if he could order it and gave me a call later in the day to make sure I was all set
Got the part I needed no problem at a fair price. Only issue I had: 2 weeks later I needed a copy of the receipt to file a claim and they said they could only look up receipts by the date of purchase... (not name, email, or anything else) I find it suprising that their software would not allow them to look up a receipt by Customer name..
