Picked up a Goodman furnace igniter. Most places in Omaha are wholesale only but these guys thankfully still sell retail. Found the part and I was out in a couple minutes.

The guy by the name of Mike.Wasn’t a friendly person.I gave him my part in his hand.He threw my part back on the front counter.This guy Mike needs more training.

Got the part I needed no problem at a fair price. Only issue I had: 2 weeks later I needed a copy of the receipt to file a claim and they said they could only look up receipts by the date of purchase... (not name, email, or anything else) I find it suprising that their software would not allow them to look up a receipt by Customer name..

Bought 2 parts for a 17 year old LG washer. Made a point to ask if I could return them, if they didn't fix the issue, and was told absolutely. Well it ends up they didn't fix the issue and I tried to return the parts today... Nope we won't take that back after it's been installed. Doesn't matter if I was told something different, I'm just out $112. Will never be back and will tell everyone to avoid as well.
