Go somewhere else. I used to genuinely enjoy Sunday Sun Spa. The staff in the salon were always friendly, and I spent thousands of dollars there over the years, not just on my membership but on additional services as well. I fully intended to resolve this billing dispute, reactivate my membership, and continue being a customer. They made sure that will never happen. Sofie was amazing and knowledgeable. First time at the this location. She told me I had money on my account from freezing it recently that no one has ever told me about. I got a lotion and body wash. Was very happy with her customer service. Ty.
Terrible customer service! When I signed up on May 12th, I told the employee I only wanted 2months of service so please cancel my membership at the end of 2 months. I was instructed that I could only cancel once the second billing hit my account. Saturday June 13 I once again asked if I could cancel my membership.
