Beautiful stuff but terrible, absolute garbage service. We ordered chairs specifically for an event, with plenty of lead time and having confirmed at time of ordering that they'd arrive a week before the event. A few days before their projected arrival date, we emailed to make sure things were on track (got autoreply saying they'd call back in 24-48 hrs - they never did). Then we called them and got told "we're busier than usual so the chairs won't arrive in time for your event" - no heads up, no effort to communicate at all... read more
Purchased a "move night 4 piece modular sectional couch" from Sunday's several months ago. Soon after, I started to notice the base cushion removable slip covers would keep detaching every few days, which became a constant effort just to refit and position the covers back into place. This also caused the top cushions to slide off the couch at the same time. I believe this is a major design flaw (did not experience this with a previous Couch Haus cloud couch) and do not recommend buying this extremely expensive couch, unless ... read more

We consider Sundays to be one of our favorite furniture stores in Vancouver. The experience of shopping in store and interacting with customer service online has been very pleasant each time! We are obsessed with this stool and have been enjoying the Movie Night sofa for a couple months and are so very pleased with our purchases.
