We have shopped at the Vancouver showroom of Sundays many times. Mikyla is always a pleasure to deal with along with the other showroom staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make excellent suggestions based on what you are looking for. Amazing showroom on this Sundays’ location. It has a great staff on the floor that are happy to help with whatever you need for your home. If you ever catch Mariana working there, she’s your gal.
Purchased a "move night 4 piece modular sectional couch" from Sunday's several months ago. The customer service was excellent., and the couch has been a great investment. I highly recommend this company and their products.
Beautiful stuff but terrible, absolute garbage service. We ordered chairs specifically for an event, with plenty of lead time and having confirmed at time of ordering that they'd arrive a week before the event. A few days before their projected arrival date, we emailed to make sure things were on track (got autoreply saying they'd call back in 24-48 hrs - they never did). Then we called them and got told "we're busier than usual so the chairs won't arrive in time for your event" - no heads up, no effort to communicate at all... read more
