Very grumpy woman working there, not even 1 smile and talked to me w such attitude and kept giving these glaring dirty looks. I kept trying to have a personable moment and build rapport by laughing etc. only need to get a dirty look back and return. Finally I told myself I can’t sit here for the next half an hour around such negative energy And walked out informing the ladies at the front. Beautiful job, did exactly what I wanted. Looks amazing, no chipping.
I'm fairly new to Brantford and have been looking for a nail salon. I'm super picky..BUT when I tell you Ally killed it.....I mean it. She did an amazing job, did exactly what I wanted and made my nails so natural looking. She was SO sweet and understanding and actually had a conversation with me. The staff are all so nice as well and the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. I would recommend this salon ten times over.
