I had a broken nail under extensions, the stuff was very gentle, and removed the extensions for me. Even give me a layer of clear gel to protect and support my broken nail.
Very grumpy woman working there, not even 1 smile and talked to me w such attitude and kept giving these glaring dirty looks. I kept trying to have a personable moment and build rapport by laughing etc. only need to get a dirty look back and return. Finally I told myself I can’t sit here for the next half an hour around such negative energy And walked out informing the ladies at the front.
