Prior to putting on my footwear, I asked the technician 2x if my nails were dry. She assured me they were. When I got home, my nails were sticking to my socks. I called Sunday Nails & they said they'd fix the issue if I came back. So, I drove all the way back- only to have a different technician apply the polish over the ruined polish (didn't use nail polish remover). I don't treat myself to pedicures often, so my experience here was quite disappointing.
Love this place !! I am PICKY when it comes to nails, being a nail tech myself for 14 years I won’t just go anywhere. T is my girl, I have sent most of my clients to her as well and everyone is thrilled. Obviously the other staff are great too T makes sure of it. She is so kind, polite and most importantly funny. The pedicures here are fire… no rushing they are very particular and tools are very sanitary. If there’s ever any concerns just speak to T about it and she will make sure it’s corrected. I had a broken nail under extensions, the stuff was very gentle, and removed the extensions for me. Even give me a layer of clear gel to protect and support my broken nail.
Very grumpy woman working there, not even 1 smile and talked to me w such attitude and kept giving these glaring dirty looks. I kept trying to have a personable moment and build rapport by laughing etc. only need to get a dirty look back and return. Finally I told myself I can’t sit here for the next half an hour around such negative energy And walked out informing the ladies at the front.
