I sent a text to owner 12 days ago with no response so I’m now posting review. To start we originally booked with Isaac for a 9am but got a text late the day before from the cleaners telling me they would be over closer to noon. I was also informed that they were “helping out” because the company didn’t have anyone to clean that morning. Said that’s why they had to change the appointment— because they had their own client’s appointment that morning. This service is a scam. I called for deep/move in cleaning for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths house. Two ladies spent more than 4 hours (total more than 8 hours) but nothing was clean. I could see spots on the floor, bathrooms left dirty, no cleaning at all inside the oven ( I specifically mentioned to clean the oven), left very greasy on the kitchen vents, dust at the corners of the rooms, no wipes on empty slaps. I needed to do the service twice. NEVER recommend this company for cleaning.
Scheduled a weekend deep cleaning a month in advance. When the cleaner was about 10 minutes late, I went online to check my appointment time and found they had bumped out my appt to start 2 hours later. I had received no notification of this change in time, even though it was obvious someone had enough time to change the appointment time in their system instead of reaching out to me. The staff is extremely gracious, swift to reply to appointment requests, and was extremely thorough. I contacted them on Easter Sunday, and had an appointment booked within minutes. They were very responsive to what I needed and empathetic to my situation. The gal that did our home was so kind and thorough. Glad to have found Sunday Monday!
They were on time, had a great price, and very responsive. Definitely would recommend!
