What’s going on here? We went there over a week ago for the I-693 medical exam and vaccinations. I’ve been trying to follow up for the past five days, but I haven’t received any response. No one is answering my calls or responding to my text messages or emails. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if I got scammed. This is extremely frustrating and concerning.
They advertise fast and hassle-free service, but my experience was completely the opposite. On Monday, they took my blood and gave me three vaccinations, but they never provided me with a vaccination card or any documentation. I was told my documents would be ready on Friday. I went back on Friday, but the office was closed. I returned on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and it was still closed.
