Cassidy is a gem. She is so talented, serene, and fun. She came to our VRBO in La Quinta every morning to lead my family of all ages in yoga. We ranged from ages 18 months to 70 years old. She was able to corral and settle the little ones, the big ones, and the older ones in a private group yoga class. She was exactly what we needed to start each day of our family vacation. I've done yoga with Cassidy in a group setting as well as in a private class setting one on one setting in each time I leave not just with a sense of accomplishment, but deep emotional feelings of peace and excitement for my next yoga experience. I highly recommend Sundance yoga Academy.
