No job too big or small I had initially contacted Sundance to replace all of the windows in my home. After considering how much I could afford, I decided to only replace my large slider door in the family room. Terry, the owner, was very polite and had not problem with my small job. I was so pleased with the final results and would highly recommend them. PROS: great service. CONS:
Challenging project. Broken handle/locking mechanism on a security/ storm door. Company who had installed the door was no longer in business. Locksmith said problem was door, not lock, so I contacted Terry. The original door handle / lock was no longer available. Terry did some research and found parts that could be used to repair the handle and lock. Only other option would have been replacing the door which would have been much more expensive. No only handle / locks on the market would not fit the holes in the door. Took a... read more

I would absolutely recommend Sundance! Terry was very responsive, friendly and had very competitive prices. He was able to come out and get our window fixed quickly. Extremely knowledge and skilled at what he does! Great customer service.

Very unprofessional on the customer service part. The actual window installers were great. Terry was very rude. said he would let me know when they were on their way so I could leave work to let them in and then he got mad at us for not being home when they just showed up. After the installation (The Hispanic men that were here for the actual installation were all very polite and worked quickly and the window looks great) A couple weeks pass and who I’m assuming was Terry shows up at my door, looks through our garbage bef... read more
