Park is ran down. No security gates, homeless sleeping in washing room, under tenant trailers, snooping in yard (stealing), peeping through your windows late nights cause none of the “security gates” are working. Washing machine always broken, shutdown the restrooms even though they all pay for it & up the rent. Take your $1,000+ elsewhere

This Whole Park Smells Nasty, Even From Across the Street. On-Site Manager Is NOT Very Pleasant. Curb Appeal Gives a False Sense of Comfort. Hopefully I Can Update My Rating In The Future, But Until Then I Give It a One ⭐.
