Clean with lots of cameras on the perimeter. Cost for RV slot is comparable to in town but offer a 6 month & a cash discount. Chris, mgr, is very helpful and informative. Site is compacted gravel with several size options available
We were pleasantly surprised to find a company that cares and is responsive. Chris at the Riego Road facility was like the way people used to be. Extremely fair rates, clean and safe facilities. Beats the heck out of the “big companies” that raise their rates every 6 months and could care less about retaining renters. Bah Humbug to _ube _mart and the other big boys!

Chris at Sundance storage is great at his job He gives you the best service ever and keeps the storage area spotless it’s a very safe rv and boat and car storage. I’ve been parking my 39 ft motorhome there at Sundance over 4 years and I feel it’s one of the best places to store your love possessions like a motorhome you want to keep safe and protected I give Chris 5 stars for managing Sundance and a personal friend
