Very disappointed with this company. I live in Cache Valley and have been looking for someone locally to service my hot tub. I needed a heater unit replaced so I drove to the store and visited personally with Cory (owner) and explained my situation. He assured me that his son Shawn (service tech) would call the next day and set up an appointment for service and install a temporary heater so that the tub does not freeze, while we were waiting on parts. We have been working with Shawn and Sundance Spas for several years. When we first started, they were the only guys who actually said they had time to help us out. We have an indoor pool and hottub that needs to be carefully watched as we rent our home out to large groups. Every time we have needed emergency help or regular maintenance, Shawn has taken care of us. He does keep busy, but has never been too busy to take care of his customers when they are in need.

Not professional at all. His dog and kids were running around while we were trying to talk about spas. Selection was very minimal

Do not do business here. They do not have any capital to be in business. They are broke. They took my deposit to order a spa but when the spa didn't show up and I started to ask question an employee told to me that they actually spent my money and do not have any money to order my spa or give me a refund. I have filled a fraud claim with my credit card company and we will see what happens.
