The service was amazing and Hannah was so helpful with a lot of knowledge and patience.
We bought a house with a hot tub but no manual. So came in and Malie hooked us up!!! She did a professional water test so we get all the proper treatment supplies! And I had no idea there’s a location in spruce grove! Boom!

This was possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere. My wife and I walked in to the Edmonton location and we were met by Zachary and we asked about an above ground pool and he said they don't keep them in stock or deliver and don't install them, that was totally fine he did mention he could ask his manager and see about the deliver and install. So I asked him to explain pricing and instead of starting a new quote or take our names he opened up a quote for another customer on a product that didn't even relate to... read more
