I strongly advise against taking loads from this facility. Their inefficient processes cause significant delays, even when you're the only truck at the dock. Don't expect a quick departure; the numerous one-star reviews highlight a persistent problem. It took me 8-9 hours to load freight that was already on-site, which clearly demonstrates their need for major improvements.
Jacuzzi denied my valid shell warranty claim for a "Soul Spa" that catastrophically failed due to a leak from the base, citing “improper installation” without evidence, despite proper installation and maintenance AND VIODED THE WARRANTY.
People are friendly. Only downfall to this place is they take forever loading trucks.
