I have purchased 3 hot tubs over the past 20 + years from Backyards of America. The service in top notch. They have all of the products that you need for your tub. Cory is a tremendous help. Shopping on line may be a bit more convenient, but it is worth the drive to go into their store. Thank you Cory

I purchased one of their biggest hot tubs over a year ago. Immediately there were issues with the panels. They opened a claim with Sundance and they’ve done NOTHING to fix the panels. My claim has been open for over a year. Every time I call to follow up on the warranty claim I’m told they’ll get back to me. They’ve had more than enough time (Since Sept 2024) to work out the warranty claim with Sundance. This place isn’t what it used to be.
