Walked in, greated professionally. The young man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him we hyst purchased. A tub. Not as happy as I thought. Going through my story, he took the time and helped me sort out some of the approaches to chemicals. Extreamlt helpful. I live more than 70 miles from HotTub Factory outlet and go out of my way to stop and stick up on my supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Great place!
