Amazing service from Kohlman and Christy! They found a cover, and several other items for our Sundance hot tub. In fact, they were so helpful we drove down from Montana to pick items up. True Story! Would make the drive again!
Prices are high retail. Shop around and you'll find much better deals on Sundance Spas elsewhere. Update: Two days ago I went into Backyards of America to buy some sauna rocks and when the cashier rang up my purchase, it came out to $103 and change. When he asked if I had an account with them, I said that I'd been in the store a couple times before but had never purchased anything. Walked in, greated professionally. The young man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him we hyst purchased. A tub. Not as happy as I thought. Going through my story, he took the time and helped me sort out some of the approaches to chemicals. Extreamlt helpful.
