We just took ownership of our new swim spa. We have had a optima hot tub since 2011 and have had zero issues. When we heard sundance was doing swim spas we decided to upgrade. The service Scott and the team has given, include the post install calls. Shows the service we have seen from them over the past 15 years.
We just got a new Sundance 780 Series Chelsee Hot Tub delivered and setup in our backyard a month back, in April 2025. Jason from Sundance Mississauga Heartland Store was our Primary Contact. We were referred to Jason by a good friend who had bought Sundance 780 Bristol about 5 years back and she was highly pleased with her hot tub and with Jason, who has been her Primary Contact all these years.
