Sundance Shutters & Blinds was Outstanding I am the manager of Aaction Loans in Las Vegas NV. Earlier today Sundance Shutters came out to install my rolldown shades on our very tall storefront windows. Not only are the shades sized perfectly but the owner was able to place spaces in the door handles so the shades would fall behind them rather than in front of them. The Truth I am the owner of Sundance Shutters and Blinds and I it saddens me to see the lengths that some of our competitors will go to try and sabotage our reputation. The negative reviews reported by insider pages are fictious and are not valid. We have a complete detailed database of every customer that we have done business with since 1992 and we will gladly PROVE to anyone that cares to take the time that these are submitted by unscrupulous competitors that engage in deceitful tactics to try and sabotage their competiti... read more
RIP OFF ALERT! I purchased a whole house of plantation shutters from Sundance Blinds and Shutters last month. A nice salesman came to my home and showed me the Hunter Douglas shutter. He e-mailed me the estimate and it was a great price. I went ahead and agreed to the sale. On the day of my installation I went up to one of my windows to look at the shutter and realized that the shutter was a thin wood shutter that had fine cracks and chips. I then realized that I received a different brand shutter and not the composite shutt... read more

This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with before! I was sold the Norman shutters about 3 months ago and now the shutters are starting to peal. Trying to get them to come out and fix the problem is impossible. I just keep being put on hold and am getting the run around. They were the cheapest and now I know why!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
After my shutters were installed over a year ago, they have now had problems with the corners not lining up correctly. Sundance says it's because my house is settling and not the shutters....LIES! The shutters are warped and they refuse to fix it!!! DON'T CALL THEM!
