Super friendly and helpful. I've moved a lot and this was honestly one of the best deals and easiest processes for a moving truck I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend and rent again.
I could not give this place zero stars even though they deserve it. The lady who works there is super rude and confrontational. She has 0 customer service skills! She will threaten you with a $200 drop if you tell her you are dropping a trailer at another facility. She will also not honor the price you were given. Very Awesome Experience! I just relocated here and the young woman who runs the business was so accommodating. I asked if l could return the trailer early because we’re l was moving was a little tight. She was so understanding and just made the whole contract so easy after l completed my move.
