We purchased a 2016 Cougar travel trailer from a private party to use for a trip to Missouri. This seller had the trailer to Sundance RV Center to be checked out and.some work done Every thing seemed to work fine until we were a state away. Found out that there was no water going to the toilet. I have had RVs for many years and can usually fix whatever the issue is, but this one had me baffled. From day one I should have went with my intuition on this place. I have worked and taught in customer service for years and can honestly say these guys deserve ZERO stars. Attitude comes from the top down and although I purchased a nice RV and am happy with the unit, the experience was the worst I have ever had. Owner copped a tude with me from the beginning, employees followed suit both the young guy and the rude female walking around the lot with the same tude but then again its a top down issue.
