I experienced some of the best customer service when I went to Sundance Rockery for a yard of crushed rock. Jaime was quick to meet me at the desired loading area and because my pickup couldn’t hold the entire amount, he told me to return and he would load the other half. I returned the next day, he remembered me and what I still needed. He quickly loaded me, thanked me and treated me like I was his best customer!!! I’m definitely going there for my landscape needs from now on!!!!
I love this place! I have been a loyal customer for several years. I am usually doing a small DIY project and loading it up into my trunk -- this is one of rare places that treats the "small ticket" customer with just as much time and attention as anyone else.
