I was told by a realtor in Green Valley, AZ that we wouldn't be disappointed in a Pulte home and she was absolutely right. We have been in our new Pulte home for 1 year. There isn't one thing that occurred during the building process or the year that we have been living in the home that we are disappointed in. Pulte builds a wonderful, solid, energy efficient home.
