Inexpensive by local standards, Sundance Ski Area boasts uncrowded ski slopes and alpine terrain. With just 450 skiable acres and only 320 inches annual snowfall, this resort is one of the smallest in the area and has one of the shortest seasons as well. Sundance resort is sometimes said to be very small and not very good; however, for the price of $189 or so, I was able to go twice a week during the day for some great snowboarding! I do wish though that they had a terrain park of some sort. They had a little one at the end of the season; however, all it was, was a couple rails and boxes on a tiny run. Best ski ticket around This ski resort will not break the bank for the entire family! We have been skiing here since I was little. The resort offered almost as much as any higher-class resort, it's just a little smaller and cozier! The views are beautiful and everyone is so friendly. It is a scary drive up the mountain if there's bad weather, so be careful!
