Great response for an urgent need. Had to have solar system checked out prior to purchase of a home. They sent Jordan Mulkey over and he went over everything top to bottom and explained a lot about the system. Very helpful and informative. Would recommend this company to anyone.
My overall experience with Sundance has been positive. After installation in 2022, we had some problems with our system in '24 and '25. While this was frustrating, service tech Sam was very helpful and ultimately found and fixed the issue. Sam is a real asset to Sundance!
One of my PV arrays was not functioning for several months due to an electrical arc issue. Jordan and Alex were able to quickly diagnose the issue due to two faulty (melted) MC4 connectors on one of the panels. They fixed the problem, checked all other connectors for issues, and got my PV system back up to full working capacity. We had a lot of problems with a radiant heat and hot water system this past year that was originally installed in 2009. Jordan Mulkey, their expert in these systems, worked tirelessly for hours on end to get us up and running including providing a loaner hot water heater. We wound up rebuilding nearly the entire unit which unfortunately was quite expensive. But hey, you get what you pay for. I have full confidence in everything that he did for us
