Very responsive to a home service request. It took some troubleshooting but the technician (Alex) resolved the issue and reestablished router communication. Excellent installation some years back and very good service on the rare occasions it's since been needed.
SPS and tech Alex were awesome! He arrived on time and communicated with me on the way. His installation of a replacement inverter went flawlessly and the bill was very reasonable considering that I live 2.5 hours from them.
Sundance was amazing from start to finish. We had already decided to go with another company — but after Alex stopped by, we changed our minds that same day.
