Jordan helped install a new inverter into our older solar system. Great guy. Very personable and professional.
Jordan was very knowledgeable and courteous. I feel confident he can accurately assess our problem, though we are in the midst of it now, requiring further visit(s).
Great response for an urgent need. Had to have solar system checked out prior to purchase of a home. They sent Jordan Mulkey over and he went over everything top to bottom and explained a lot about the system. Very helpful and informative. Would recommend this company to anyone.
My overall experience with Sundance has been positive. After installation in 2022, we had some problems with our system in '24 and '25. While this was frustrating, service tech Sam was very helpful and ultimately found and fixed the issue. Sam is a real asset to Sundance!
